Tattoo FAQ

---

Q: How much do tattoos cost?

A: Our rate is an average of $100-$150 per hour. The price is relative to size, location, and the amount of time. There is no set price. It is ultimately up to the artist's discretion.

---

Q: Do you have flash?

A: No, we are a full custom shop. We welcome reference material but all of our artists will re-draw your material. We do not rip off other artists therefore we will not steal a design.

 ---

Q: Do you do walk ins?

A: We are currently accepting walk-ins on a day by day basis when we have available artists. Check our social media or give us a phone call to find out walk-in availability.

 ---

Q: Do small tattoos only cost the minimum?

A: No. Small tattoos pricing varies with size, location, color, and detail. Prepare to possibly pay more.

 ---

Q: Do I have to leave a deposit to get an appointment?

A: Yes, there is a $100 deposit per artist.

 ---

Q: Do consultations cost anything?

A: No, they are specifically blocked time for you to discuss your ideas and references with the artist. This usually takes about 30 minutes or less. To book a consult, select an artist and message them directly.

---

Q: What happens to my deposit if I can’t make it in for my scheduled appointment?

A: If you call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment it will still be kept on file. Failure to call ahead or forgetting your appointment will result in your deposit no longer being valid. This money goes towards the time the artist puts into drawing your custom design and it holds your spot. They are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 ---

Q: Can you price my tattoo over the phone?

A: No, that is what your consultation is for.

 ---

Q: Can you tattoo minors?

A: No. It is illegal to tattoo a minor in the state of Tennessee.

 ---

Q: Do you do white ink, inner lip, or finger tattoos?

A: Yes, we do them but they are not recommended or guaranteed. The pigment will change colors in your skin and will not stay white. With finger tattoos and inner lip tattoos, even if they are taken care of perfectly they are not guaranteed to stay.

 ---

Q: What is the minimum?

A: Our shop minimum is $100.

 ---

Q: When will I be able to see my drawing?

A: Technically the deposit holds your spot and covers the drawing time. Our end of the agreement stipulates that when you come in for your appointment your lined drawing will be ready for your viewing. Sometimes an artist may have your lined drawing ready in advance. If so, you may be able to set up a time to see it before your appointment date. But they are by no means obligated to do that, and in some cases your artist may have hundreds of clients and it isn’t a matter of them being ill-prepared, your spot in line just hasn’t come yet.

 ---

Q: What is the wait to get an appointment?

A: It depends on the artist. In some cases it may be 6 plus months or it could be a matter of a few days. Try to be patient because an artist being booked out means they have quality work and are doing very well.

 ---

Q: Why do I need to look at portfolios?

A: We don’t have artists that only do one style of tattooing. There are many different ways to do anything you may want so it is at your preference who does your tattoo. You should pick the artist you like.

 ---

Q: Do your artists commission pieces?

A: It’s up to the discretion of the artist.

 ---

Q: Do you do touch ups?

A: If it was a tattoo done here by one of our artists we will cover the cost of the touch up. If the tattoo needs a touch up because of negligence during aftercare we reserve the right to charge for the touch up. Concerning tattoos that are not guaranteed (fingers, inner lip, and white ink.. etc.) you will be charged every time for touch ups.

 ---

Q: Is there a price for a touch up?

A: There is no set price, it is at the artist's discretion.

---

Q: Do you do cover ups?

A: Yes.

 ---

Q: Can I get tattooed if I am pregnant?

A: No.

 ---

Q: How do I take care of my tattoo?

A: For complete aftercare check out our aftercare instructions.
